Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot faulty network devices and services to restore functionality and minimize downtime

• Update and apply software patches on all computers to maintain security and performance

• Inspect and verify the condition of facilities in classrooms and offices to ensure operational readiness

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on facilities to prevent equipment failures

• Organize and maintain the storeroom to ensure orderly storage and easy retrieval of materials

• Verify that all computers have legally licensed software installed to ensure compliance

• Provide timely technical support to staff, students, and trainers to resolve IT-related issues

• Ensure smoothly running of facilities in Singapore and Indonesia centre

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Networking

• Strong customer service skills demonstrated by positive interactions with users(include of Indonesia)

• Self-motivation and initiative to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in written and spoken English to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders

• Deep knowledge of network systems to support troubleshooting and maintenance activities
