Requirements Degree in Computer Networking Strong customer service skills demonstrated by positive interactions with users(include of Indonesia) Self-motivation and initiative to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in written and spoken English to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders Deep knowledge of network systems to support troubleshooting and maintenance activities
