Installed,commissioned and serviced steel fabrication machines including CNC Fiber laser cutting (up to 6kw), CNC Plasma cutting, Laser welding, Laser marking, CNC/ NC press brake (Up to 300T), Hydraulic & Guillotine shearing, Metal band saw, EDM drilling and various model industrial machinery. Trained operators on safe machine operation and basic maintenance. Conducted on site service calls, including emergency repairs and calibrations. Diagnosed and resolved faults in mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems reducing machine downtime. Performed preventive maintenance and breakdown servicing and adjustment on mechanical faults. Responsible of machine calibration, testing and installation on customer sites such as CNC FIBER laser cutting & Plasma, NC press brake (up to 160T), Lockformer, rollforming machine, TDF Flange forming, Cut to length machine. Perform hands-on repair and troubleshooting in electromechanical systems, Overhauling of hydraulic motors & Hydraulic pump (Vane, gear ,piston). Experienced in AC/DC motors, three phase (415V), single phase, Servo drive, VFD drive, PLC basic troubleshooting, electrical devices used in control and automation systems. Performed complete G-Code software configuration, and system setup such as CAMDUCT Fabrication, STAR CAM nesting software. Dismantle and assemble mechanical equipment to replace damaged parts, belt drives, chain drives, gear boxes, conveyors, bearings, hydraulic & pneumatic components (solenoid valves, oil seal, filter elements, mechanical pump seal etc.) by using hand tools. Having experience in hydraulic system (until 5000psi) used in Autofold 516 machine, NC shearing machine and NC press break machine controlled by solenoid valves (rexroth).
